1. This competition is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested. By entering the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.
2. The person who refers the most people who (i) purchase my Small Business Legal Academy through my Black Friday sale at the price of £147 AND (ii) who email me to let me know that you referred them to my Academy (“referral email”) shall win the competition and shall have the choice of one of the two prizes. There is no runner up prize.
3. All referral emails from purchasers must be received in the support@suzannedibble.com email account by Friday 4 December 2015 at 5pm GMT. However we may by notice on our website extend this closing date and time at our discretion.
4. We accept no responsibility for participants or purchasers being unable to contact us via email or to purchase the Academy. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt.
5. The winner will be calculated from all referral emails received by the closing date less any refunds provided within the guarantee period and this decision shall be final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
6. The winner will be notified within 60 days of the closing date of the competition.
7. The winner’s name will be published on our website and/or in email correspondence to our subscribers after the closing date of the competition.
8. The prize is either dinner for two at the Fat Duck in Bray OR a spa day with overnight accommodation at Lime Wood hotel in the New Forest. There are no runners up prizes. Dates to take up either of the prizes may be restricted and you agree to work with the promoter to find a mutually acceptable date. Prizes may not be taken between 20 December 2015 and 2 January 2016. If you choose the Fat Duck prize you may have to wait until 2018 to visit the restaurant due to the lengthy waiting list.
9. The prize is non transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Access to the spa is included in the Lime Wood prize but spa treatments are not included.
10. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond our reasonable control and accordingly we may at our absolute discretion vary or amend the competition and the entrant agrees that we shall have no liability as a result thereof.
11. If you win the competition, you agree to us publishing your name on our website and in any other promotional materials.
12. By giving us your details, you are agreeing that we may send you future promotional materials by email from time to time, such as our newsletter, details of special offers and jobs that may be of interest. You may unsubscribe at any time in accordance with our privacy policy.
13. Entry to the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
14. These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
