In January, we held our very first High Performing Women event which was a huge success. After the success of that event we were inundated with requests to organise a summer event. Being “high performing”, we didn’t just want to stick with the safe, tried and tested “lunch and chat” format or hold an event with speakers in a dull conference room so we found a unique venue capable of enabling us to step up a level.
We wanted to change the way business is played so we decided to do something really amazing for our Summer Spectacular event.
Hence Fort HPW was born
A historical Napoleonic Fort in Portsmouth Harbour with stunning views of the Solent and the Isle of Wight becomes your new inspiration. And at just 90 minutes outside central London, it’s easily accessible but far enough so you’ll be transported to a magical place where you can connect on a deeper level with other exceptional female entrepreneurs, expand your thinking, evolve personally and enjoy a truly enriching experience.

Discussion Circles
The Circles will be intimate enough for you to not only benefit from the wisdom and experience of the Leaders and other people in the group but also to share your own experiences, inspiration and challenges. Quantum leaps will be made in your business and life from your new insights.
You can choose two Circles to join and will be asked for your choice in advance.
Networking Lunch and Treasure Hunt
In addition to the Circles, we will enjoy a gourmet 3 course sit down lunch where you will be carefully positioned to ensure that you make the most valuable connections. The Treasure Hunt at the end of the day will also be a time to connect on a deeper level with your team mates and to just have fun like a kid again… Superb prizes will be available for the winning team.
You can choose who to sit next to at lunch and who to have in your team on the Treasure Hunt or you can just leave it to fate…
VIP Dinner, dancing and overnight stay
After we wave the day guests off on their boat at 5pm, we will have chance for a bit of downtime before dinner (see your choices below). Dinner will be more delicious fare and this intimate environment will be where the real high level connecting is done. If you’re thinking of building relationships with potential top level JV partners, then this is where it’s at… After dinner, we will be releasing our inner child and dancing the night away. The next morning we have a hearty breakfast before the catamaran back to shore.
You can choose to reflect on the day with a trip to the spa for a facial, massage or sauna or perhaps relax in your luxurious suite. Or maybe continue the conversation in the outdoor hot tub, roasting marshmellows on the fire pit or in the Norwegian barbeque and joining in with the rum tasting.
