* would suit ex solicitor who wants to get back into the law without a long commute or inflexible, long hours
* temporary /ad-hoc role
* role is primarily to draft a wide range of commercial contracts such as terms of business, consultancy agreements, license agreements, franchise agreements, distribution agreements, agency agreements, IT agreements and IP assignments, fact sheets and checklists for small businesses
* the ability to write in every day, jargon-free language is essential
* ideally you will have trained and had some good experience with a top 50 law firm
* attention to detail is essential
* we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible
* the ability to work autonomously is essential
