We are recruiting for an admin assistant / PA /membership co-ordinator / generally fantastic problem solver/helper (1 role) for our innovative legal services business, based at our home office in Reigate and reporting to the MD and multi-award winning (yet modest…) business lawyer Suzanne Dibble.
Job specification:
The role will have the following responsibilities:
– assist with content creation eg weekly email newsletters and blogs
– assist with posting on social media channels including Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, Google Plus and Pinterest
– assist with launches, events, exhibitions, photo shoots, video shoots and webinars
– assist with editing and uploading videos
– assist with content distribution strategy to relevant third party magazines, blogs and websites
– upload content to WordPress website
– assist with managing our affiliate programme
– gather customer feedback
– respond to member queries
– update content on membership site
– answer phones and take messages
– diary management
– reply to emails
– general support as needed
– occasional tea making
Person specification:
– Excellent English written and oral communication skills
– Competent using Microsoft Office Word, Power-Point & Excel
– Good people skills and organisational skills
– Ability to work under pressure when necessary
– Quick learner with self motivation whose ethos is to do any task to the best of ability
– Organised and enjoys seeing tasks through to completion
– Steady, sensible and good attention to detail
– Upbeat, can-do, problem solving attitude
– Good sense of humour and ability to find all of MDs jokes exceptionally funny at all times
– Ability to work in small team (it will just be Suzanne and you in the office with other staff based elsewhere – so no watercooler moments here…)
– Willingness to go the extra mile
Hours of work: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9am to 5pm (although for the right candidate we can be flexible on timings around the school run).
Salary £18,000 pro rata.
